Born in Newcastle, Deb grew up close to the countryside she loves. Deb has been passionate about horses and dogs all her life, her first job, at six years old was selling fire wood in exchange for pony riding lessons!

Following full time education, Deb worked and played hard, studying to extend her knowledge and qualifications. Deb gained a reputation for her fair and sound judgement. More recently, Deb's powers of organisation, supplemented by a liberal helping of common sense, have turned to helping busy people to have more time to do what they need to in the confidence that Deb will organise and take care of the rest.

Deb met and married Steve after a whirlwind romance in 1981. A country girl at heart, Deb - with Steve, and their "Humble Herd" of Labradors, cats, chickens and a cockerel lives in rural Northumberland near Hadrian's Wall & Langley Castle. An experienced horsewoman, she knows what hard graft is and will happily discuss whatever help you think you may need.

Using talent, skills and experience to provide an exceptional level of service Deb's vision for Country Concierge is to exceed expectations.

Deb is very approachable, honest, open, and direct and works incredibly hard. She does not shy away from delivering tough messages but does so clearly with a smile and a sense of positive opportunity. With an up-beat, can-do, caring attitude her enviable customer service skills assure a peace of mind. Deb's enthusiasm and mental agility turns a problem into an opportunity.

Consideration of everyone's reputation is vital to Deb. The experience Deb brings offers you the peace of mind to relax and enjoy your time away. Her greatest motivator is excellent feedback. Deb was delighted when her own accommodation business awarded "GOLD" status by Visit Britian.

Deb's qualifications include: Project Management, Personal License, Food Safety Certificate, Welcome Excellence Manage & Motivate and Customer Service.
